What audio quality are the previews?
The audio previews on the site are MP3 at 128 KB/s, 44.1 KHz, last for about 60 - 90 seconds and are about 1MB in size. They will stream down to your computer and require Flash Player to play.
What quality are the MP3 downloads?
The MP3 files that you download are 320 KB/s, 44.1 KHz, Stereo.
I only want to buy a download, why do you need an address?
In order to pay by credit card the address of the card holder is required.
Are the MP3 downloads available straight away after purchase?
Short answer - yes. Longer answer - they are, however there may be a short delay in receiving confirmation from Paypal that the transaction has gone through successfully. How much will the postage be?
The postage is calculated on the weight of the items you order. For example, to send one 12" vinyl record packaged in a thick cardboard envelope, to an address in the UK will be £1.64, to Europe £2.43 and to the USA £3.17.

What is your returns policy?
FAULTY / DAMAGED / UNWANTED GOODS
If your order arrives in damaged or defective condition you must notify us and then return your order within 14 days of the date of delivery, or when you first became aware of the defect. Full refunds or replacements will be issued for all faulty / damaged items or items sent out in error and unwanted items. If faulty goods are returned to us and found to be in full working order, they will be returned to you and you will be charged for any administration and return postage costs incurred.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
It is essential that your order is returned in saleable condition if it is not being returned due to damage or a fault. Any returns that are received in unsaleable condition will not be accepted for refund. Please include a covering letter explaining the reason for return and whether the return is for a refund or you wish a replacement item to be dispatched. We cannot exchange items for a different title. There is no need to return the whole order if only one item is incorrect or faulty. Package the items carefully and return to us at the address we will provide you with.
DISTANCE SELLING - YEAR 2000 REGULATIONS
You have the right to return any item ordered from this website for no reason and without penalty for a refund. Please refer to the exceptions section below which outlines the exemptions to your rights. To return an unwanted order you must give us notice within 7 working days starting on the day after you received the goods from us. 03. PURCHASING FROM US
By submitting your order, you are agreeing to buy the chosen goods from us
and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying
those goods (including passing your details onto couriers & other
subcontractors).
Personal details can be removed from our system by written request at any
time. If you have submitted your email address to our mailing list you may
remove your details by sending an e-mail to sales@debunkmusic.com stating "Remove

No property or title of the goods ordered shall pass from Debunk to you
until payment has been received in full.
04. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All orders are subject to availability. You have the right to cancel your
order if you discover that an item is in fact out of stock.
In stock items will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed
(Mon-Sat). Our online store is open 24/7 365 days a year, however orders
placed on public holidays (e.g. Christmas/New Year) may take slightly longer
than normal to be dispatched.
05. CHEQUES
Personal or business cheques are welcomed but orders cannot be shipped until
these have cleared. Please be advised that this can take up to 10 working
days after we receive the cheque.
07. SHIPPING
All orders are mailed in strong cardboard envelopes, mailers or boxes as
appropriate and are sent by 1st Class post in the UK and Air Mail for other destinations.
08. SHIPPING TIMES
All delivery dates given are only estimates. We are not responsible for any
consequential losses you may suffer if we do not deliver on time for
whatever reason.
09. SHIPPING CHARGES
These will be calculated on our website for online orders when ordering by traditional mail order. If your order is returned
to us undelivered due to your own fault, you will be responsible for
re-shipping charges.
10. UK CUSTOMERS
If your goods do not arrive within 7 days of dispatch, please e-mail
us first to confirm that your order has been shipped and that we have your
correct delivery address details. Normal delivery time after dispatch is
approximately 2 to 7 days.
11. OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
If your goods do not arrive within 28 days of dispatch please contact us
first to confirm that your order has been shipped and that we have your
correct delivery details. We can not investigate lost or missing parcels
until 28 days have elapsed.
12. IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees
and taxes for your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your
order may be abandoned and you will loose your goods as well as your money.
These taxes are only applicable for non UK & non European union countries.
13. REFUSAL OF SALE & OUR RIGHTS
We may refuse to take your orders if we feel you have been false in your
information. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any
